Safety & Compliance

At Impact Industrial & Fabrication, safety is a core part of how we operate in the field and manage our projects. Our leadership team believes that strong safety programs protect our employees, our clients, and the communities where we work.

We invest heavily in training, documentation, and compliance systems that ensure our crews are prepared to work safely in complex industrial environments including energy facilities, food processing plants, civil construction sites, and mechanical installations.

Our safety program combines industry-leading platforms, regulatory compliance systems, and hands-on leadership to create a culture where safety is integrated into every project.
