OUR HISTORY
Our company was started in 2012 originally as Schofield Welding, LLC with just 3 employees focused only on the Oil and Gas industry but over the years and a change in industries we have grown into Impact Industrial and Fabrication where we have taken our coded pipe welding experience to the Mechanical (food processing, data cooling, etc.) Industry.

Impact Industrial & Fabrication is an industrial construction company focused on delivering reliable, high-quality work across mechanical, civil, concrete, and fabrication projects. What began as a welding and field construction company has grown into a multi-division contractor capable of supporting complex industrial projects from the ground up.
Our team brings experience in industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, food processing plants, wastewater systems, and heavy civil construction. By combining skilled tradespeople with experienced project management, we focus on delivering work that is safe, efficient, and built to last.
As our company continues to grow, our goal is to become a turnkey construction partner for both project owners and general contractors. We are actively expanding our capabilities so we can take on more responsibility across the full scope of a project, from site preparation and concrete foundations to mechanical installation, equipment setting, and pressure vessel fabrication.
By bringing multiple scopes of work under one contractor, we help reduce coordination challenges, simplify scheduling, and improve overall project execution.
