Impact Industrial & Fabrication is an industrial construction company focused on delivering reliable, high-quality work across mechanical, civil, concrete, and fabrication projects. What began as a welding and field construction company has grown into a multi-division contractor capable of supporting complex industrial projects from the ground up.
Founded in 2012 as Schofield Welding, LLC, we started with a small team and a sharp focus on oil and gas. Today, we’ve grown into Impact Industrial and Fabrication applying our deep expertise in coded pipe welding across mechanical and industrial systems, including food processing, data cooling, and beyond.
Our team brings experience in industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, food processing plants, wastewater systems, and heavy civil construction. By combining skilled tradespeople with experienced project management, we focus on delivering work that is safe, efficient, and built to last.
