Welding Procedures & Welder Qualifications

Impact Industrial & Fabrication maintains a library of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) developed specifically for the types of industrial work we perform. These procedures support our work in industrial piping, structural steel, pressure systems, and mechanical installations, ensuring consistent weld quality and code compliance.

All welders are tested prior to employment to verify their ability to perform the required welding processes. Welder qualifications are maintained and monitored, with welders re-qualified every six months unless project specifications or client requirements require a different qualification schedule.

While Impact maintains standard welding procedures built for our operations, we are fully capable of adopting or qualifying additional procedures if a client or project requires specific welding standards.
